For example, if you’re trying to switch to a vegetarian diet this year, then slowly phase out meat over the course of a few months instead of attempting to make a 180-degree turn with your entire lifestyle. Major lifestyle changes are a marathon, so don’t burn yourself out by sprinting in the first few weeks of the year!

They Rely Too Much on Purchasing Power 

The holiday season is filled with spending, and if you’re like many Tucson residents, then you probably received a few new gadgets in the past few weeks.
